I have a release on September 15th with eXtasy!  It is a short, but a story that I had to tell and I have a feeling I’ll be revisiting my characters.

Spotlight 10 – Mari Carr

The wonderful and fabulous Mari Carr. I first met heard about Mari Carr when I did a review at Joyfully for Erotic Research, which I LOVED, and I posted the review for her to see. We chatted back and forth for a bit and one night when things were slow we got to talking about names.  Mari thought hers was plain. Mari then became Essi.  lol So that is why you see me call her that.

Everything I’ve read of hers I have loved. She is such a great writer and is in my top ten favorites. She is also now one of my best friends. I was lucky enough to meet her at Lori’s this year and I can’t wait until next ear to see her again.

I also love to challenge my friend Essi and was rewarded with one of my favorite books of hers, Everything Nice, it was her first m/m/f and you KNOW how much I love those. She did a wonderful job. It’s hard for me to pick a favorite of hers. I loved Retreat. It was SO good. Her new one, Because of You!  OMG….SUCH a great book.

Spotlight 9 – T!

I first met T on the Samhain group.  Seems like I meet a LOT of people there.  lol  Now T and I are on TONS of groups together.  She is my friend in m/m.  heehee. With both seem to enjoy a lot of the same authors. T has a blog where she does reviews and interviews. Spotlight 8 – Jess Dee

Jess Dee….Oh…Jess Dee. I’m trying to remember when I first met Ms. Dee. I’m sure it was through the Samhain Yahoo Group. I KNOW I’ve reviewed her wonderful books. But those two reasons are not the only reason I love Jess Dee. I finally started working on my first story. I had a wow moment when I finished it. I’m not sure how the conversation came about, but Jess Dee, THE Jess Dee offered to look at it. I sent her Dreams. She offered some awesome advice and helped me start my path to publishing. Now, the story she helped me with is getting ready for a November release. Too crazy!

Jess is always there to help and I love her for it. Now…how to score a ticket to visit her. V and I tried to get her to pick up the tab, I think I need to get back to her on that. heehee Usually when she has a new release you can see us on the cafe teasing back and forth about it. It’s FUN!

So congrats Jess Dee on all your success and I’m wishing you so much more!

Spotlight Seven – Me!

Yep.  I have to spotlight myself.  lol  I usually like to stay behind the spotlight. I’m more comfortable being the cheerleader for others. 

I’ve had a REALLY good year and hope to finish it out strong. It is still hard for me to believe that I’m a published author, but it’s true.  lol  I have two shorts already released, Forever Guy  – in the One Touch, One Glance Anthology and Runaway Man. Both from Freya’s Bower. You can also find them at Fiction Wise. If you win you’ll have your pick between the two. If you’ve read them….I’ll think of something else to do for you. 

Coming soon, I have three stories. Unseen Path from eXtasy, Dreams from Total eBound and Semper Fi: Magnus from Liquid Silver. I have a couple others that MIGHT come out this year, but I’m not sure yet. If not…next year should be even better!

I feel so blessed to be in this business and to have met all the people that I have. The International Heat woman have been great!

Spotlight 6 – Viv Arend

Viv Arend is in the spotlight this week. I met her on the Samhain yahoo group and have been privlaged to beta read some of her works.  I even co-wrote a free Christmas read with her that someday may see the light of day.  lol  Some of her books are available now and others are coming very soon. Here are some covers and buy links if you’d like to learn more about them.  Wolf Signs was Viv’s first published story with Samhain and book one in series. Wolf Flight was recently contracted at Samhain and will be released in the fall.

  Tidal Wave released just this past week at Samhain and has been rocking the best seller list ever since. This is a red hot menage with a fiesty pair of water shifters and a sexy woman!

 Rocky Mountain Heat is coming to Liquid Silver in the fall.

Spotlight 5 – Sherry Ricardo

Sherry Ricardo.  What can I say about Sherry?  God I love that woman!!!!  She makes me a better writer. Sherry gives it to me straight and will let me know if something isn’t write. She doesn’t sugar coat anything or…as the saying goes…blow smoke up my ass.  heehee.  I think every writer needs a Sherry and I know the girls at IH will agree….we couldn’t do this with out her. 

She is ALWAYS there for me when I need her.  When Liquid Silver wanted to see the first three chapters of Mag, she was there to help me polish him. When they turned around and wanted the full…she gave up her weekend to help me whip him into shape. Then I turned around and wanted to sub to an anthology at Total-E-Bound.  Like…days later, and she was STILL there for me.  Can you see why I love her?  She is a great editor, but an even better friend.
